I use Blockless. It’s a Canadian-Based DNS unblocking service. It’s a little more difficult to set-up than some other (having to manually set the primary and secondary DNS), but after that, you can switch between browsing from over 20 different countries. Have to say, it looks WAY better than Hotmail and seems to have better UI too. I'm definitely upgrading my old Hotmail to Outlook
