Me watching the trailer (although I shouldn’t have been surprised):

Looks like it’s Fuck This Shit O’Clock.

I already own the turbo Miata I’ve always wanted.

A 1LT with the 1LE Package, the Technology Package, and the optional Recaros has me thinking. I may even go nuts and get the Performance Data Recorder.

15 months ago I bought a 2006 Magnum R/T in unremarkable condition. Sold it eleven months later for $1500 more than I paid, after tax, for it. I had to fork out $1200 in insurance, $450 in repairs and, say, another $1200 in gas. I may have been $1350 in the hole by the time I sent it on its merry way but it still

So what colour is the Chrysler 200 rental? Does it have Uconnect? Inquiring minds want to know.

Lincoln has a golden opportunity to own the category Cadillac walked away from: the big, soft, ostentatious ‘murican luxo barge that only boomers and old codgers buy. Something that prioritizes a cushy ride and big style over 0-60 times and technology. This - although a fair effort - isn’t nearly flashy enough. And

Canada gets screwed on lease deals on EVs. I recall a couple of years ago seeing a $75/mth for a 24 month lease offer on a Smart EV in the U.S. and hoping for a comparable deal in Canada I priced one out - no easy feat as I had to actually talk to MB Financial to figure it out. It came in around $550/mth. When I asked

Inspired choice. And there’s the pleasant bonus of the the inevitable rental car comparos you’ll be forced to make this year.

Knew it was a turbo Cobalt right away. The round cut-out in the cowl was where the dealer left the filler cap the last time I let someone else change my oil. Mobil1 all over the engine bay!

I wouldn’t buy any car I’d rented...

What’s his problem? They were just adding speed holes to make the car go faster.

“Former Executive Car/Company Car/Manufacturer” is almost as bad as “Former Daily Rental”. I know plenty of automotive “Executives” and I would not buy a car from any of those delinquents.

IROC-Z. It’s not just a car: it’s a lifestyle choice!

I saw the Toronto EMS ambulance and was hoping it was carnage in my town. No such luck. I fell for clickbait. So disappointed in myself.

Now, while overall I enjoyed it (the cinematography was some of the best I’ve seen in years - made better by IMAX) and would recommend it, I felt it was strangely rushed in places. No small feat for a two-and-a-half hour film.

Crap colour shifting on that blue. Almost believable.
