You could make the case about the CTS-V too.

'zactly! Who'da thunk it? They could have predicted Corvette, but Camaro?

In the year 1990....

A production Camaro that can go around the Nurburgring faster than a 640 hp Lamborghini. The 1990 IROC Z was only spitting out 210 hp from its 5.0L V8.

I've always said if I were in that state of affairs, I'd just lease the cheapest, most basic brand new Grand Caravan I could find for however long the bumper-to-bumper lasts then give back its worn out, rotted hulk and repeat. If possible have a nice car that's just for me and my S.O. and let the kids wreck the Family

PROTIP: Get the $1,900 performance pack because it comes with a magnetic ride suspension and that's going to be a thing you'll want. (The S3 is, to my knowledge, one of the cheapest cars you can currently get with that.)

Busting transaxles and wrecking private property is not the way to get those wage increases you want, guys!

Very detailed description. Thanks! I'm willing to be you've done that once or twice!

why do some cars need a valve adjustment and others don't? And how do you measure and adjust the valves? And what cars need them, I.e. Is it a specific type of car, cars from a certain area (seems like older Germans need them a lot)?

Don't worry, they'll be dead soon.

I'm willing to bet the XTS will quietly disappear once the new flagship is released. Unless there's a massive outcry from Tampa-area aftermarket Landau roof community.

WHY IS IT ALWAYS A SATURN VUE??!! And on the rare occasion when it's not, WHY IS IT ALWAYS A PT CRUISER??!!

I drove one of these last year with full "check-it-out-officer" racing decals. It remains the most powerful car I've ever driven. I've never experienced anything with such willing torque anywhere. Sixth gear, 120 km/h, foot down, off she goes! Like you were launching from a standstill. I agree the clutch and shifter

I can't image what goes on during red eye flights.

I recall a conversation I once had with my old boss after we'd both recently rented V6 Mustangs (3.7L's). It went a bit like this:

Probably just drank too much crab juice.

You'd be surprised how many NAs I see for sale in Canada with ten grand price tags. Case in point, this '91 on Auto Trader right now has a reported 19,000 km and they want $9500:

Not an original thought I'll agree, but still the first that came to mind:

I sold my unmodified Cobalt SS TC in three days earlier this year. I'd say it falls into the Neon SRT camp of breathed on rental cars.

Now playing

Reminds me of the "DOORMAN!!" scene from Knocked Up. Except the minivan driver was nowhere near as hot as Leslie Mann.
