It’s becoming fascinating to watch this walking cholesterol sack not have a heart attack. It has to be inevitable, right? An angry and incredibly unhealthy chunk of whale blubber will eventually blow a gasket, presumably right in the ticker.

Do motorcycle secrets count? I’ve started a bike with the oil cap off. It was...messy.

First, with a bit of state pride (we’re not all bad here), no u suck it!

Unrelated to the article at all, but I used to DJ at a college radio station with Baker Machado. Super nice guy!

It usually can be made to be legal depending on state.

I’ve had this for about a year at this point and I’m on the fence about it. As long as I’m careful about drips and while filling, no leaks. Dispenses well. However the measurement side is kind of bologna, fill it to the desired amount and pour, it’ll form a little vacuum and pull more out. Often when I try to put in 2

I’m actually in Idaho. Registration is cake here, it’s a personal use commercial vehicle until I add enough stuff for the state to call it an RV, then I convert it to motorhome tags.

I did a light conversion on a shuttle bus, it took a couple months of working casually to get usable as a camper. The skoolie is a much bigger undertaking, I’m maybe 20-30 hours in and I don’t even have a floor yet.

Front engine, 5.9 mechanical. I bet if I waited I could have gotten one between 2 and 3k, but I’m pretty happy with this one.

I’d argue there are plenty of people with dreams, but few with space and time. Buses are gigantic.

It’s kind of bonkers how cheap used buses are. I have a 37' Bluebird, much newer and happier than this one, I paid $3k and I believe I slightly overpaid. RV conversion is ongoing.

Because I want a diesel :). The van is otherwise great. A step down from the fanciness of our Ecoboost Flex, but still a great family hauler.

Bought a used 2016 a few months back for the wife and kids. Kinda regretting at the moment...

The Hot Wheels version is sitting right under the monitor as I type this. Hard to describe how bad I want a real one.

+1 to both main points. Brick workouts are a trip, your legs are jelly for a mile or so. Really hard to judge pace and effort. And swimming becomes way easier once you get good technique.

Idahoan here, but close enough to Oregon that I can (and have) ridden my bike to the border. For fun or something...

I mooshed em all together for you with a word from each. Encompasses 2017 nicely:

Her facial expressions remind me of a much less charismatic Winona Ryder. Some constant shade of consternation and discontent.

Again, not fast. Quick. Darty. Agile. I smoke everyone through the roundabout!
