As there is a working j37 fit on this Earth(6speed and all), this is not so impossible a dream

I’ve got this idea stuck in my head, and have not been able to shake it. So one of the big advances toted in Fords new 3.5l V6 was its new dual wall fabricated exhaust manifold with integrated cats. Was Kobe one of the suppliers for the manifold steel? (this construction method did require a non-standard alloy to

The catch is the EP3 is a great car, just that it requires bits and bobbles from the Honda Parts bin to reach its final form. RSX-S forged aluminum control arm setup and struts(handy if your going from 4 to 5 lug anyway), heavier front spring and no swaybar, RSX A type body brace, 1st gen S2000 dash cluster and a

As someone who did the diesel mechanic gig at one point, I’m not a newby to shop ball busting. But you end up doing so much work that can seriously f you up if your careless or just unlucky, that tempting that shit deliberately by screwing with the new guy is just massive bad juju.

I be working on a rebuild of mine at the moment (Winter and a lack of heat in the shop is putting a damper on it at the moment.) FitFreak.net was a decent source, but the big issue is that any real tuning work was done overseas (we only had 2 years of that platform) Its a bit of a chimera (first revision EP3 Front

You’d be amazed at how long a bad or dying shop can string out a repair job. And if they had popped off anything that would prevent the car from moving on its own they’ve got you on their hook unless you have the means to escalate via police/towing away.

Am I hazarding a guess that you had not purchased said parts directly, but bankrolled the shop doing so. Shop goes mad sideways, shops assets seized and auctioned off to settle debts (including sweet sweet theoretical 427 Cammer meant to convert petroleum to thunder).

Maybe this is cranky old me winding up, but giving an 8 year the stick on anything resembling a modern ATV should be handled with the same horse sense as letting them have a loaded gun. It’s something that can be done with a level of safety but you have turned over something that will mess up your day awful quick

not recommending this per say, but if one were to mix and match non GD3 Fit oem honda bits and Mini Cooper S front brakes(will fit the stock wheels even) you’d be suprised how much FN2 Civic R is hiding in that car.

The Kuznetsov was the F-35 of the Russian navy back in the day. It was never even supposed to primarily fly attack aircraft(the aircraft were part of the fleet air/sea defense mix) hence the Aircraft Cruiser designation. Its like the USSR decided to build the SDF-1 with WW2 ship support tech, no money left for oil

Didn’t Ford start using a CNC system for doing panel forming without dies (the GT is using it for production parts) . Considering the whole CAD/CAM flow that ICON has demonstrated and the limited runs they are doin of such varied vehicles, seems like that would be the perfect application for that rig That is if he

Correction, EM1 master cylinder

Hondata is the cause and solution to all these ills. that and a VTEC engagement move and redline bump.....

If you are attempting to shift to quickly, the 8th civic has an issue with it holding residual pressure in the master cylinder(they use the same master cylinder in all 8th gen us civics). it was supposed to make it easier to shift in general, but any sense of urgency will be punished. You can adjust the master
