hahaha that is amazing. Makes me want to go find the old GT3 (and if anything is saved on an old memory card) and try it lol

That is my fantasy car. I’m never much one to dream for an out-of-reach car, but I have had some fantasties driving that exact car on a regular road lol and through parking lots, and had it wrapped in the livery the LeMans racecar would have. Would just be the most hilarious thing I could ever imagine doing in my life.

Glad to know I wasn’t the only one lol!

I love coffee and am not picky, but Tim Horton’s is the budget brand and it tastes as such. I’m not complaining about it, and still have it frequently. But given the opportunity to acquire a Starbuck’s or Second Cup or other fine coffee shops I would go with those. Not just for the taste, but because of the value. I

You want a cheap Porsche eh? Try the 944! ;) I got mine for around 2.5k CDN$ / 2k US$. I had it for 8 months now, and all I did in that time was spend $300 unnecessarily to replace my front brakes (old ones were fine basically but rotors were scored, but I am serious about brakes). I also got another set of stock

haha hey these days 944's can be had for cheap. Mine certainly was, but as usual you get what you pay for. I don’t mind the worn interior or an unknown mileage (LOL), but everything else was right. Has been an incredibly inexpensive car for me this year. Even on insurance.

Agreed, that whole generation of Porsche in general. That 928 facelift, the 968 and of course 993. All of these three cars grew on me greatly in recent times.

I’ve always disliked the 928 as well. Always thought it was weird looking with the headlights down, and then even worse with the headlights up. I hated how the hood was “flat” i.e. no raised fenders. Really didn’t like it. However I always liked the 944. I bought one earlier this year. And I don’t know why, maybe it’s

Man why did you get it as #1? I got it as a mere #2. #1 for me was Maserati GranTurismo, which I am ok with, that car does match greatly what I look for in a car. But it’s the Cayman that just feels right. lol

Oddly enough for me, I’m not dissatisfied with this quiz’s results. Got my #2 choice right on, and 911 is #5 (should be higher). Weirdly, it is true the Maserati has very much what I look in a car (sexy coupe with a soul), but Maserati in general just doesn’t feel quite right to me for some reason. I also have zero

I bought my 1986 944 for about that much. Also in Canada. Also had mere minor issues with it. Interior is worn out, but I’ll piece it back together as time goes by with these plentiful local part-outs. I’ve owned it now for over half a year, and I’m impressed with how cheap it has been all-around. Except for the

I learned this the hard way… :(

I always add Seafoam to the oil, but I change it like 5 miles after. It is my understanding that it thins out the oil. Anytime I take any engine component off (valve cover, oil pan, etc,) the insides of my engine are continuously cleaner every time.

I do not believe it is possible to get any more wedgyier than the Dome Zero.

Aha wow damn.. Yeah I’m gonna have to write these tips down. I’ll be sure to follow through with that door situation.

Thanks for the tips! Yeah I've decided to go ahead and do it. I am certainly attentive with driving so no issues there. I intend on creating a flat underbody prior to the winter to help protect it from road salt as well. I'll see if I can design an build something to help that radiator issue. Really appreciate you

That is awesome! Man, I only got my 944 this past April. I've always thought I was going to sell it this fall and get a winter beater, but, hmm... The thought of throwing winter tires on it has crossed my mind.

Ah this is great. I just love how adamant Porsche is on supporting their old vehicles, even the more “entry-level” models. All the more reason to love my daily-driven 944 :D

Funny you post that, but even Jeremy Clarkson said on Top Gear the Ferrari F12 had a bit too much power.

I always figured it was 707 because that's LOL upside-down.
