I thought the same thing and thought I’d dig through the comments first before I said anything. I have a 15 FoST ST3, which has the Recaros, and they are borderline too tight for me. I’m 5'11", 170lbs. I don’t have a clue how this guy fits, not to mention drive the car. With people in the back seat? Forget about it.…
Eh, I’ve lived in Pennsylvania my whole life (I’m 30) and the only thing I ever had to buy was windshield wipers to pass inspection. Granted I probably take better care of my cars than most people. Maybe you should just avoid Big Jim.
The first gen MS3 and MS6 had rust issues and came out after that. My 08.5 MS3 was just starting to rust in the rear wheel well lip before I traded it in and I washed and maintained that car like a crazy person. The under carriage looked like shit.
Beat on or not, every direct injected motor will look like that without valve cleanings. “Italian tune ups” do nothing on DI.
I recently had the turbo replaced under warranty on my 2008 Mazdaspeed3 with almost 60,000 miles on it with zero receipts for anything.
My '97 Prelude had a bad ignition switch. It would turn off randomly just about every time I drove it. I would brake and pull over and restart the car and I was good to go for a while. I still miss my lude. Sold it about 6 years ago when I bought my Mazdaspeed3. Keep in mind the paint and body kit was done late 2005/early 2006 so full body kits were still in then.
This would probably be my next car. I have a 2008 Mazdaspeed 3 that I bought new and haven't really found anything I would realistically trade my car in for.
