I’ll fight you on the safe and smart package. Assuming manual transmission, the adaptive cruise isn’t very helpful. It slows the car down, but obviously can’t shift for you, so as soon as you want to accelerate and downshift, you disengage the system by touching the clutch. Sure it can sit in 6th all day at freeway…

Felton has been consistent with this message in his writings about Detroit. I’m not saying he’s wrong I just don’t see any better ideas. It’s not like this is San Fransisco and you’re gentrifying pleasant neighborhoods. Ford has got to lure talent back from Tesla and the like to remain competitive in this industry…

Buy travel insurance. Even if you get your flights covered they aren’t going to pay for the cruise.

This is one of those announcements where you have to think about what Ford didn’t say. A5, CLA, CLS, Stinger GT, 4 Series Grand Coupe, CC etc. Why not actually give a mustang a back seat for anything bigger than a backpack?

Like you said, if you’re from southeast MI this is nightmare fuel.

I’m 6 ft 3 in and didn’t fit in the back seat even with the baller seats option. Why not make this car taller so it actually suits it’s purpose? Also I agree with some of the other commenters, 400hp rips in this thing we’re all just spoiled with power these days.
