Counterpoint to #2. Yes it is and would be. Stories about how horribly trump treats his people - including his own kids - have been widely reported.

No it’s a disturbing sign of intolerance, a lack of empathy, and the inability to bring out people’s best that is the real problem, if these stories are true. We don’t need another stunt queen who can’t work with people but does the “real talk” that simple folk like. That’s not leadership.

Our local Baptist church was the same. They don’t have gay people, they just want a solid chance to convert them using Jesus.
