It was hard to figure out where everyone was going, if I had known how to find them I’d be all over it. Tina Sharkey and Plante had me laughing constantly, I was googling them and couldn’t find anything I guess, but I did hear Plante actually on plenty of other podcasts. I also watched Area 5's Co-Op that was cool!

Threads of Fate, Jumping Flash, and Wipeout were great! I got all those games as soon as they came out and loved them.

Well good for them, I was considering the satisfaction our family and friends have with the system compared to past Nintendo systems. Everyone has their own metrics. Maybe we’re just not in the target demographic anymore, but that’s ok, I have many ways to play and can focus elsewhere.

Yeah I was comparing it more to Wii and GameCube and DS and 3DS. For not much new I guess I’m talking about the Wii U games I already played, and from third parties and indies seeing the same games come much later than PS4 and Xbox One so I already played them.

Yah but there could even be a lot more definitive editions of last gen games but there aren’t as many as I thought there would be. They brought Dark Souls over but I haven’t heard anything about a Dark Souls II port. Many of those Lego games still aren’t on there.

I think Nintendo’s doing better but I don’t think they have their groove back. There still isn’t much new on the platform, or much to set it apart from competitors other than form factors, higher prices, and less sales.

Super Mario is tall as well, so that seems to be the default size. I’m sure Mario is not normally the size of a mushroom.

I like it almost as much as 4, I played all the campaigns back to back and it felt satisfying. I liked the atmosphere, the locations, the set pieces. It was great.

I have a fondness for the original character portraits, and especially the original announcer. When they changed the announcer for Super it sucked!
