That’s a fair question, but from what we know, it seems to be due to seniority, aptitude, and qualifications. If there is any more to that, none of us can say without more intimate knowledge. When we have that knowledge, we can then properly judge the situation.

No, blame Marvel/Disney. Marvel approached Sony to do specifically a first party AAA game. Sony then chose Insomniac as the developer. This was never going to be a multiplat from the start.

I don’t think developers and publishers would give the majority of users a bad experience. There are way more base PS4s out there than Pros. If it ran poorly for so many users, it would get a lot of negative attention.

Like you mention, with cross network play they’re ruining the fun for Xbox gamers as well. Unfortunately they can’t just cut it off to fix it, as this is how some players have organized their teams. It seems that even the locked down UWP environment isn’t enough to stop this from happening.
