This is the internet today. That is all.

He’s probably left as it’s considered a crime against LRH personally to even think anything against him or Scientology, let alone to be a famous person with a platform to actually deny their presence in one’s life.

Disclaimer: I find cults of all kinds fascinating, and I’m addicted to this show and even the one-off

I’m super sad that RuPaul has doubled down on some of his anti-trans remarks, because I was sure he was one of the good ones. And I love, love, love his show. :(

Look up the blood/brain barrier.

Also people (yes, kids, too) with ADHD become (appropriately physically) dependent on Adderall, not addicted.

Also you might want to look up “literal.”

Yeah. I LOVE her videos and the creativity / collaboration with visual art she brings; her voice is fine. I LOVE her choreography, too, but I went to see her on her first tour and found her live dancing to be extremely disappointing.

“Still mourning?!” He died in 2016. Jeez.

Dropsy still exists, and is a *much* better term than “edema.”

bwahahahahahaha that nose wrinkle tho!!

Where did you see that?! I thought they purposefully let it be ambiguous...I remember her getting the results, then flicking her eyes to her husband....and I thought that’s what decided her on letting the head surgeon guy go.

Exactly. Could’ve left it as a cool hobby (though why not falconry?!), but just had to throw that in.

The Bear of Bad News.

ya know...I like it!

Thanks so much, everyone, for the sweet and empathetic posts.

I haven’t been ready to post about it on social media, because there are so many conflicting feelings and I am just not ready to answer for all of them. And people who haven’t been caregivers or had to make hard decisions for loved ones truly don’t

That scene is hilarious *and* had the bonus effect of helping me feel a lot better about what I thought of as my “picky” way of ordering my food.

Ugh that “Later Sally on the Airplane” hairdo, though. The college Farrah Fawcett hair was my favorite on Meg in that movie.

So, my sweet, sweet papa was diagnosed with a (non-Alzheimer’s) form of dementia a couple of years ago.

He’s been declining steadily since then, losing first more obvious skills like driving, through mid-level skills like understanding time and dates and applying that knowledge to the present situation, to forgetting

WORTH IT.
