Ah, yes, if you have a working brain and a modicum of sense, that’s what you think they’d do. Alas, let me add what the asshat in my initial comment also said yesterday -

Well, perhaps the best answer is at the end of the Doctor Who episode “World War Three.”

I kinda got into it with a dude on Twitter yesterday, because “why are we not considering the damage we’re causing Dr. Luke if she is lying?” because “women can ruin men anytime by crying rape” and “if he did rape her, why didn’t she call the cops right away?”

I didn’t say all Argentineans are smart. Some can be, obviously, pretty thick. The Tenth Doctor put it best:

It’s not horrible. There are (or were, because the new government is basically doing what GOP president would do here if elected) a bunch of resources for people, school is free, medical care is free. Families are way more tight-knitted than here. We may not have had any money but I always had stuff for school and

Everybody paid. If someone didn’t pay, I didn’t know at the time. My Mom was the only single mom in my class through 5th grade, I think, when another girl lost her Dad, but her Mom was a real estate agent so it was no big deal as far as the fees went. There was a bunch of stuff I couldn’t do when I was little because

Once again extremely happy about not having any kids to worry about this kind of stuff. I remember it was bad enough in Argentina growing up, when the “asociación cooperadora” (the Parents’ Auxiliary) would set up these monthly fees we’d have to pay and Mom having to go over and negotiate a lower fee because not

Thank you! I was coming here to say this!

Thank you for sharing your story. I don’t have any kids (I’m actually pretty certain I can’t) but I can hear you loud and clear. Best of luck and lots of love and light to you.

Yeah, I remember the whole thing that culminated with her locking herself up in her house with her kids, did not want to return them, ended up being taken away in a 5150 hold by ambulance. So sad...

Seriously, guys - I don’t like Kanye but the dude really needs help.

I didn’t know that about the pre-grated cheese in the refrigerated section, but I did say to buy the block and grate it yourself. =)

She knew who she was dealing with. I once ate 3/4 of the block of cheese I was supposed to grate. After that, it was “Maria, sing while you grate!” every time.

Oh, it became a family thing once she did it at my Grandma’s and everybody heard her. Then whoever was in charge of the grating would get the old, “Yo, sing while you grate!”

The only way you get that additive is if you buy it in the aisle where the pasta and sauce usually are. Cheese spoils easily, so when in doubt go to the refrigerated section and buy a chunk there. If you grate it yourself (and sing while you grate it, something my Mom used to make me do so I wouldn’t eat the cheese)

Hold up, I’ve got something - about 3 people showed up, and late, but there were more BLM supporters anyway. Check this out.

When the producer of “Supernatural” burns Rubio badly (the show films in Vancouver), I am wondering how long it’ll take the writers to drag him like they did with the Half-Governor back on S5.

Kanye busy praying we overcome. Too soon?
