Lily Collins was in Mirror Mirror, which was far better than expected, because it was directed by Tarsem Singh, who is wonderful, and the whole movie was SO INCREDIBLY BEAUTIFUL. Look at this shit:

Ha! Your daughter sounds like all the hipsters in my college film classes (except her saying it is adorable, not obnoxious).

...I liked it. Is that bad? It wasn't anything groundbreaking or extraordinary, but it was fine. Kenneth Branagh is a good director, and the cast was good (Cate Blanchett! Helena Bonham Carter! Robb Stark!). Yeah, Cinderella's a pushover, but at least they gave her a semi-logical reason for being so (her dying mom

"And you know what I find helps soften bad news? A British accent. The dolphin died on the sidewalk."

I also love their Honey Trap. Works well, smells great.

The headline should probably read: "Last Week Tonight is Right About Everything Ever."

Exactly! I love my family, they're for the most part decent, kind, loving people. But they have so thoroughly bought into the extreme partisanship and the Christian right's persecution complex that anything the President or any Democrat does is evil and an attack on the right's good God-fearing beliefs. I honestly

This is incredible. And the part that breaks my heart is that a lot of people I know, including about half of my family, will never even watch this, or if they do, they will outright refuse to see any value in it. Fox News is a hell of a drug.

Exactly! It really is completely ideal for Netflix, and I'm so happy they've already agreed for a season 2. I just want them to release it next week, please.

My weekend was super hilarious. I spent all of yesterday binge watching Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt (it is perfect and you need to watch it immediately). And then today I finally FINALLY saw What We Do in the Shadows.

I watched the whole thing yesterday. It was totally amazing!!! I've seriously been laughing about it all day. Tina Fey is the freaking best.

I watched all of Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt yesterday, and I absolutely loved it! I've been cracking up about it all day (the dolphin scene keeps making me laugh).

Maybe I totally misunderstood her, but I thought she was talking less about men being horny all the time because they're men, and more that, being surrounded by a bunch of men being purposely used entirely for visual appeal (because it's Magic Mike) all the time made her feel more for (straight) men that are

Tragically for me as a massive Arsenal fan, it's a picture of (London soccer team) Arsenal legends Dennis Bergkamp and Thierry Henry, who are amazing. I hate that that asshat loves something I also love.

High five! Yeah, my dad is on my side, and my mom is more upset about me not being an active Mormon than about being single, but the rest care a lot less that I'm almost done with my degree at a pretty good law school and a lot more that I don't have a man in my life. So I feel you! And excellent choice on Peaky

Ha! I drunkenly signed up for OKC on Friday night. I disabled my profile after 4 hours and a lot of creepy messages (who the hell thinks that "I would ravish you" is a good way to start a conversation?!?). OKC is the worst. I think I'd rather be alone.

So my little brother just got engaged, and they're planning the wedding for this summer. 5 days before I take the bar exam. So not only am I going to have to deal with the horrible "why are you still soooo single? when is it your turn to get hitched?" comments from all of my family, I'm going to have to deal with it

This feels like some desperate, "I just broke up with Cristiano Ronaldo and my life is terrible right now" kind of bad decision making from Irina Shayk.

I've been feeling like (another) rewatch of Lost lately. I think it's the weather. And for me, Desmond is enough of a pro to outweigh any cons.

This gif is my new favorite of all time.
