Kala's dad is the best (Anupam Kher is a damn treasure).

It's been a while since I read it, but I really hated the bits with the ghost Angier clone. And I hated the ending with him surviving into modern times. I just thought that Nolan took what was a good start to the story and made it far better.

Have you read the book? It's very different (and in my opinion, significantly worse), so I'm not sure you can pin all the quality on the source material.

This was probably the opposite of the intended effect, but "not very scary" just convinced me to see it. Obviously, I'm not a horror movie person, but everything else about this is right up my alley.
