These games aren’t in the timeline because the timeline is and always has been a meaningless thought experiment that the Zelda developers have literally said they have and will change when they feel like it.

Unfortunately, Nintendo has been a little indirect in its messaging about how Breath of the Wild and its sequel slot into the established chronology of Zelda, because according to producer Eiji Aonuma and director Hidemaro Fujibayashi, they take place at the end of the timeline, but which of its branching stories it…
I actually agree with you about RBG. Her refusal to step down was actively harmful and an incredibly poor decision. She didn’t die of a sudden heart attack, she knew her days were severely numbered. I was deeply concerned that Breyer was going to pull the same nonsense, but at least he wasn’t terminally ill and…
Sotomayor’s dissent is a work of art. Good, decent people will ignore this ruling. Bad people will immediately start discriminating against queer people today. And that’s a big problem for a nation that has freedom and quality baked into its constitution. Adding insult to injury, the plaintiffs here had no standing…
OG Legend of Zelda will always be my favorite because it gave us this glorious picture:
Not bad, though I would put Link to the Past a lot higher. That was an amazing game, and it really kind of set a lot of the early design standards. There are a few games that really drove what the next few would look like and how they would work, and LttP was huge as far as really defining Zelda. And even now, the…
Reviews like this one show how good it was for Kotaku to ditch scores all those years ago.
Well written. I’m looking forward to finishing this game sometime in the next few weeks.
The people going to the sub are still gamers, so the ads are still getting seen by pretty much the same people they were before.
Funny jokes and all, but they can still generate ad revenue from the sub, so it sort of completely misses the point.
That subheadline and last paragraph is disheartening (basically only selling it through a couple of restaurants). But I suppose it’s a start. Was hoping it would be available to buy but that was probably too much to ask for them to be able to ramp up production that much. Wonder how much it costs to produce.
i dont think you understand how this works
“Now, please let all of the uber-entitled keyboard warriors eager to take up the cause of the week flame me below. Your rage fueled tirades will only serve to make me laugh.”
I like how you write your own tirade and then just immediately, preemptively shut down any possible response by dismissing them as written by…
The only wireless connectivity I want in my car is the Bluetooth stereo. If there’s system data to be had, plug in a module for that. This is a disgraceful decision to ignore all the voters who said quite clearly that this was something important to them.
Could someone explain something to a me ... very much a laymen when it comes to car repairs.
So much for the Biden administration following “The Rule Of Law”.
a “malicious actor here or abroad” could remotely command a car
I know I’m singing a song familiar to many but I really wish we see Megaman Legends 3 someday.
Toothpaste guy is probably a different design for Bond Man.
So I’m right then, you do have a drinking problem?
There are tons of open source image matching algorithms out there. Reddit making/implementing their own is even less than trivial. OPs right, Reddit doesn't care.
