As long as it's a real IMAX, and not one of the fake, smaller ones that IMAX is trying to pass off as the real deal, then that sounds like the best theater ever.

Isn't it awesome how much you ruined her night, though?  You know she went home just FUMING and upset and embarrassed and whining to her friends/parents/whoever about how "everyone in the theater was a mean bully and why can't they just leave me alone blah blah blah."  I'm not a big advocate of, you know, hurting

This might be the best reference ever.

I'm with you.  I hate having to be polite to other people and respect the experience of my fellow human beings.  Personally, I'd like to be able to do whatever I want no matter how much it affects other people because the only person that really matters in this world is me and MY enjoyment, and if you don't like it,

"Also, isn't it possible to take issue with aspects of his documentaries
that you find a bit misleading or manipulative, without trashing his
entire project as 'dishonest'?"

Let's not forget that the whole "we give out guns at banks" thing turned out to be bullshit, too.  While it's true that the bank did offer free guns to people who opened accounts (arguably an odd and silly thing), they never gave them to people AT the bank.  They gave them a gift certificate that they could take to a

Having dementia doesn't give you a pass for what you did in your life, but I think going after someone who can't mentally defend himself anymore is a really low, and frankly, pathetic thing to do.  It's not a fair fight, so to speak.

You still paid too much.

Why didn't someone tell me?!!

Vince Gilligan will fuck your shit up.

And he doesn't say anything about it, and then Jesse goes, "What's with the plant?  Is there some sort of significance to that?"  And then Gus goes, "Oh, no, just dropping this off at my mom's.  She loves this stuff."

I didn't even realize that was even a debate- hell, I didn't even notice that- until I read something about it about a week ago.  That didn't seem ambiguous to me at all.

And it was from Ikea, so I never ended up being able to enjoy season four.  I only got, like, halfway there then gave up on it.

I'd just like to rub it in and say season four was AMAZING.

I'll second the "Slashfilmcast."  Great, great podcast.

Edit: whoops. Posted in the wrong place. Sorry, everyone.

I know.  That was the joke.

I wish that, instead of announcing this on the show, they had taken a video of
Will Ferrell announcing this and projected it on Conan's bare abdomen and then
put that video up on Youtube. Then you could say that the announcement was
on Conan and leave out the quotation marks and italics and be completely
grammatically

Just because you're glad to see someone doing well after putting in a lot of hard work doesn't mean you have to like the show, or not talk about why you don't like it.  That's absurd.  By that reasoning, we shouldn't talk about anything anyone does, because they put in a lot of work, too.

No, wait, Captain Rebound, I got this one.
