I work in Harvard square and they’ve had big protests a few times over the last few weeks. Pretty big turn out from the students.

I live in the area, please show me affordable housing. It’s nearly $1000 a month to rent a room. You can probably find cheaper rooms if you want to live with college students. A tiny one bedroom apartment would probably be in the $1500/m ballpark, but don’t forget first/last/broke/deposit due on the first to move in.

I work across the street from Harvard. There was a big protest a few weeks back over this. Harvard will probably give in eventually because of all the tourism around here. People come from far to wander around the campus, and if the students/staff are protesting, it’s definitely going to have an impact on their bottom
