It’s hilarious.  I remember watching it when it first came out and laughing pretty hard at the bargain basement acting and effects along with the who’s who of actors he got to play all the parts.  Elijah Wood as Cyborg Superman was particularly funny.

I know that Max Landis is supposedly some kind of scumbag (so I won’t link the video itself) but damn is that Youtube video he did on Death and Return of Superman good.

At some point it should be considered illegal, specially when they are taking full advantage of a (inter)national crisis.

I’m not sure it’s unethical to share internet service. Would it be illegal to share phone service, power or gas? Especially if it’s a metered connection I don’t see an ethical dilemma at all.

This isn’t stealing IP or anything like that.

I despise people who buy items en masse just to resell them at exorbitant prices. I get why they do it, but it doesn’t make them any less of a despicable PoS. 

It is unarguably the best Superman game ever made.

I’m still waiting on a sequel to Blackthorne by Blizzard (also from 1994).

Anyone remember Blackthorne for SNES? Another Blizzard game, it was kind of like Prince of Persia with shotguns. Was playing it on emulator a few months back and thought it held up pretty well.

As someone who works a few blocks to where the GDC is held, I wish everyone would cancel.

At what point does the conference get cancelled outright, and refunds start being offered? I booked my plane tickets, hotel, and conference pass back in January, but it’s looking more and more like a giant waste of time and money.

Good to know.  You never realize how much those small quality of life upgrades to games matter until you go back to play something that’s over 10 years old.
