The one they made a couple years back was actually really awesome, I just wish the On Fire Edition (the PS3/Xbox 360 downloadable only one) had a real career mode. All his British shows are great. It really is just a few of his American incarnations that he goes apeshit and its entirely for ratings (sadly). I’ve been watching him since UK Kitchen Nightmares aired on BBCA and find it sad that this negative persona has become what he is known for.

If you watch the British version of Kitchen Nightmares, it’s starkly different. Ramsay’s still sarcastic and has a biting sense of humor but he’s also often kind, enthusiastic about food and seems to genuinely care whether the restaurants live or die.

i’m surprised it’s British TV taking shots at him, I’ve seen some of his British stuff, and he was always more “normal” on those shows, thought he saved the angry yeller for American TV.
