Well hello there. I’d love to play Shenmue on PC!

Holy poopsicles. This is great news. Never got around to playing these titles, but I’ll certainly not miss this second chance.

Awesome. I’ve heard great things about these games, but never had a chance to play them. And I’m glad they’re coming to Xbox.

They have different kind of settings and tones. Shenmue has a more grounded setting and more balanced tone. Yakuza has a relatively more bizarre setting and has a wild approach to tone. One time it’s very serious, the next time it’s over the top silly. I think there’s still a room for those two franchises

Agreed. but Shenmue is still a classic and no games are close to emulating that feeling of living in a small Japanese town

So this was the huge announcement? Pretty damn great, I must say.

It is definitely best as an arcade game.

I remember playing the Arcade game in the 80's and wishing for a movie version. Not really. I just played it on Mame. The game doesn’t hold up that well.
