Do I really have to explain this?
Do I really have to explain this?
Well, to be fair, they probably can't remember her name from day to day.
But it's only logical to think that age influences general health in both genders.
There's a guy named Inspector Gadget who writes a blog and if he's typical of London cops, well, I'm kind of shocked this hasn't happened sooner. He's slime——racist, sexist, you name it—-and proud of it.
Especially now, with the government having cut all sorts of programs that would have prevented this kind of thing.
"Evil flourishes while good people do nothing."
Is it recovered, or is it just the memory she's been repressing broke down the wall? I've had that happen; you don't want to think about sometihng so pushing it away becomes habit, but a lot of things can make the wall come down. You always know it's there, but after a while and for a long time, it's automatic.
It's pretty screwed up when you can tell what kind of threat a woman's going to get. I'm surprised they don't blame her for leading him on or something.
It's my impression that the problem is always assumed to be the woman. Men get the benefit of that doubt. I mean, when older women have babies, people jump all over them, but if a guy has a kid at seventy everybody makes jokes about his virility
Yeah, the fact that he's a cop marks him for a lot of crap from the cons. Who put them there in the first place? Yup.
I think this falls under, "I can criticize my mama, but don't you dare."
Yeah, he talked a good talk but when it came to walking.....yeah, he never did walk that picket line, literally, did he? We need an FDR now and what we've got is an appease who gives the Republicans want they want—-and we pay the price.
Oh. Em. Gee. Yeah you do realize he raped at least one woman and got away with it, right? And at least one other woman has come forward to describe them preying on her? Yeah, I'm SURE they'll stop.
That whole subplot was the most realistic thing about it. When I was a kid my older sister's friends were some of 'the girls who went away' and that was a decade after when DD was set.
Diana Nyad has done some amazingly bad ass stuff——-swimming at Antartica in winter, doing all kinds of extreme swimming type of stuff. She's amazing.
They kind of did, though: "Bitch be drunk and lying and shit."
I think that's a myth——at least John Douglas, the FBI agent, has said so. If there's so many rapists out there who got away with it, I'd say the same is true amongst cons.
No, then he's a tragic heroin addict, duh.
Hell yeah they should, especially if like this guy admit it and they get away with it.
Calling a woman a liar is a pretty clear indication that people resort to thinking she's lying. Same thing with abortion. People don't trust women to make their own decisions.
