It’s as bad, if not worse, than the Leaf.

Those things are so crappy-looking.

Perhaps if that was considered in the initial design, but it wasn’t. The Niners did look to see if it would be feasible to retrofit the stadium with awnings, and it wasn’t.

They very well may have, but it probably wouldn’t have mattered, given the constraints of the stadium site. They didn’t have room, for example, to orient the stadium so that the field ran north-south, rather than east-west.

SO that’s great- it works for you, but please don’t presume that your mission is now to convince others that your path is the right one for them.

Before the surgery, I was completely sedentary. Most days, I’d get in maybe 1000-1200 steps per my Fitbit. I also ate a ton of crap. My activity level has completely turned around with the weightloss.

That’s why I swim- for me, that’s pleasurable. Running will never feel pleasurable to me.

Fair enough! I think we have better (certainly far less humid) weather than Florida.

Which is a much higher likelihood than nil.

Amen. It’s CRIMINAL, IMO, that college coaches are typically the highest paid public state employees, by huge margins.

These companies probably carry insurance for mass shootings- my company does, especially since we have an increased risk of being targeted by members of the public who might a grievance. We literally have safety briefing before every single meeting, in which we go over what to do and where to go in the event of an

It’s BEAUTIFUL down in Claremont/Pomona. Southern California is generally mild, and the state overall is temperate. If I ever have to move out of the state, it will be under protest.

Right, it’s in the 90s and 100s inland in the summer, 70s and 80s in the transition between spring and summer and summer and fall, and mostly in the 50s and 60s in fall and winter, unless you live in the mountains or interior valleys, in which case, it’s colder.

The olds were at this concert until the bitter end.

I live a mile from the stadium, am a Niners fan, and went to this concert (which kicked ASS, btw.) I don’t love the stadium, it’s awkwardly sited, right under the flight path of the San Jose airport, and it does cook people who sit on the opposing team’s side during football games.

I don’t mean to quibble, but it’s definitely not that warm year round in California.

“If the bill becomes law and California’s 58 NCAA schools are compelled to allow an unrestricted name, image and likeness scheme, it would erase the critical distinction between college and professional athletics.”

Nancy Skinner is rad- definitely a Senator of the People.

Never even heard of this show, tbh.
