Oh ok. Our people have to climb ladders and scaffolding and climb into tiny places all the time so it's really impractical. Some of the women end up having to borrow someones work boots and jumper if they are wearing a skirt.

I live in Los Angeles and work for a construction company so we get a lot of sales reps for our suppliers coming to our office and job sites. The women who are new to the industry are always wearing the most impractical shoes and clothes. You can't walk a job site with 3 1/2+ inch heels, and a skin tight skirt.

A girl I knew in high school would wear 4+ inch heels everyday. I don't know how she could stand it. I wore 4 1/2 inch heels to my high school prom and my feet were killing me after being there 20 minutes. Since then I never wear high heels unless it's for a special occasion and then it's nothing over 3 inches.
