I really like Ryen Rusillo, despite his slightly frat-boyish vibe. Splitting up him and Van Pelt has to look like a terrible move in hindsight. But who am I kidding? Their core audience just wants more Mike & Mike, and actually gets off on hate-watching Stephen A. Smith.

His impressions are technically perfect, but most times when he lapses into one, he just says, "Ok…alright…haha!.." in the person's voice as if he's ramping up to something.

My guess it was something more like, "In order to be involved you all have to fly yourselves to the shoot on these dates" and there's just no way they could all do it. Or maybe they were just offered cameos as actors and not really any creative role.

On Trace & Frank's podcast, they made a very subtle, cryptic comment that lead me to believe they were not asked to be a part of the new series, or perhaps they weren't given time or were given an insultingly bad and unworkable offer.

They were also buddy-buddy with Clive Davis, basically the personification of the corporate music industry. For wvery point in their favor on this topic, there's one aginst.

This dude is a cornball, but I agree with almost all of these whether I personally get down to them or not. However…Lenny Kravitz? Fuck that shit.

Vice is more for 21+. Its content isn't really teen-oriented. Most of the articles wouldn't appeal to teens and the hard-hitting world news stuff they do even less so.

I love Carl's songwriting and I truly think his songs are stronger than Dan's…but no Bejar has made me totally lose interest in this album. I feel guilty.

Listening now, and you're right!….I enjoyed the podcast overall, but it ends up being not even a shaggy-dog story.

This is the most glaring omission in the podcast so far! Dan even brings up the theory that Simmons is going through gender reassignment or transition, but ultimately says, "Nah, that crazy talk…" But doesn't even mention the seemingly more obvious theory that Simmons is fat now.

Seriously, though, in all the fawning eulogies that are sure to be published this week, how many will mention the bathroom stuff? We can all tee-hee at the consensual (?) videos out there with the blond woman, but the dude secretly recorded thousands of videos of women going to the bathroom with the cameras placed IN

SPOILERS:

The other guys in the band have said this was HR on his own, not a full band initiative. On one hand, this seems like a convenient excuse, but on the other hand, HR's history of literally insane behavior gives him little benefit of the doubt.

One of my favorite comments I've ever read here was something like, "I really only listen to the most brutal of metal, but Death Cab for Cutie is the only music that makes me cry."

I will say this, though: Black metal became sort of a hipster attraction a couple years ago, and I think that mentioing Mayhem and Deafheaven (the two biggest bands in the article) plants a flag letting listeners know that going too far down this particular rabbit hole may be a little sickening.

Since childhood, I hated Berle, Hope, Rickles, etc. None of that vaudville/aging Rat Pack stuff ever seemed even slightly funny or clever. But that story of trying to put together an ol'-timers show and getting NO interest still makes me sad.

Liberal-minded people always laugh and fist-bump when, say "Cop Killer" sells a million copies after Chuck Heston reads the lyrics aloud and conservatives groups protest. Driving it underground and making it forbidden makes it more alluring. I'm not saying that the totally righteous lyrics to "Cop Killer" are akin to

This is my experience, too: I had heard the name Milo Y(whatever), and knew basically what his shtick was, but was never curious enough to actually read his tweets or read fucking Bretibart. Maybe that was just me living in a bubble, though. Maybe I did need to see him talk to really get it. And his Real Time

I do think its interesting that he's also got a lifetime Twitter ban going for him. So what platform is next? Start his own blogspot or YouTube channel?

That's 100% true, but I think the appearance hurt his mystique at least a little. I thought he came off pretty unimpressive and dopey.
