That analogy doesn't work if for no other reason than Dany is a younger, attractive (in real life) and generally likeable character (all unlike Hillary). I don't see Cersei as Trump either (Trump is a dude, duh). Maybe Tywin Lannister is more of a Trump, the rich guy who would be king.
