Idk, some of her best work was on Reputation, just not any of the singles. Dancing With Our Hands Tied, Getaway Car, and New Years Day is far superior to most of the songs on 1989. Although, I wasn’t the biggest fan of that album to be honest, out side a few songs. 

She did, that was what Blank Space was about. She has given enough interviews over the years that make it clear she hasn’t been in relationships like that nor does she consider herself psycho in relationships but clearly the media and public do.

To answer your question, I don’t think law enforcement should get involved until after crime is committed. I don’t think law enforcement is responsible for preventing crimes from happening, just carrying out punishments once they do.

I’m not really into the police surveillance in any instance. The protection is minimal and the gross abuse of power and inconsistent application is to far reaching.
