I remember Book Laura being boring, but not insufferable like Show Laura. She is one example, IMO, of a character that did not need to be expanded for the show.

"As American Gods ends its first season, it turns out this first season was mostly prelude, mostly a dressed-up version of Mr. Nancy’s “Once upon a time.”"
Such a great album. I never tire of it. "Five-O" and "P.S." are incredible songs.
The fact that this album is 20 years old makes me feel ancient.
I have to disagree that there's no continuity of character. Take Fitz: he's been an entitled ass from the first episode and has remained so through the 6th season. That's got to count for something.
I love "You Know My Name." I remember sitting in the theater watching the opening credits for Casino Royale, and smiling when I heard Chris Cornell's voice.
I really love "Like a Stone."
"Fucking Nirvana fans were insufferable back then."
You captured exactly how I feel about this film.
That song is incredible - great vocal performance from Cornell on that one.
I teared up when Noah said "You free!" to his newborn child.
I didn't want any of the main cast to be under that sheet because I love the dynamic between all of them (yes, including Nate). Plus, Wes is my favorite character (after Annalise), so I definitely didn't want to see him die. But I had been thinking he would be the one since the start of the season. Because who else…
And they're all incredible. Truly, there are no bad performances in this film.
Yes, and he is as brilliant as usual.
Just saw this last night. So good. A full 24 hours after I saw it, this film is still with me. It's poignant and aching and joyous and beautiful. All the raves are spot on.
"I think the reason I'm nervous about who's #underthatsheet is because the actors themselves have said it's heartbreaking and sad and that they're all cut up about one of their friends leaving."
My guess is that Wes is the one under the sheet. He's really the only character Annalise would cry over like that. I know she loves Nate and Eve, but she's bonded to Wes in a way she is not to those two.
Annalise: I'm no killer; I just aid and abet them.
Yeah - I will miss the beard, but the shaving scene was hot!
This description is spot-on.
