Yes, I really don’t really agree with a lot of peoples take that this show is satirizing the characters completely (I honestly think that was an article that everyone agreed with because it’s difficult to admit the sympathy we feel for these people, despite their terribleness). Shiv is complex, but so are Roman and

Her image as a lesser-evil Roy is an illusion supported by her having been outside the family business thus far, which allows her to effect a more critical stance without endangering her wealth and comfort. Now that she’s joined up, we may expect that illusion to fall away quickly.

Well yea why would you want to be “team” anybody for a show about capitalist elites? These are not good people, it’s part of the point. You are watching the power hungry people that ruin lives for profit and pettiness. I’m surprised people are still only laughing about Greg when he’s continually showing how shitty he

I'm not sure what the end game for this series is, or why it couldn't have simply been a movie, but I'm very entertained by it and will continue to watch.

I think this is Shiv's season like season 1 was Kendall's. I suspect we're going to see a hard fall for Shiv by season's end.

I just hope this isn’t the last we see of Nan and Rhea. I don’t want Logan to succeed in buying PGM, but I’d hate to see these actresses go.

fuck it felt good to finally see Logan owned by not just anyone, but by a woman (sorry for the consequences to you as a woman though, Shiv).

What we’ve stopped having is a monoculture, period.  And subcultures rarely change enough to present differently decade to decade, at least from an outsider’s perspective.

They wouldn’t make it today.  Didn’t you hear?  The Beatles had no cultural impact, and literally every new musical act in the last 8 months is superior.

It’s almost like “cancel culture” has no actual effect, and the vagaries of celebrity are bigger and more arbitrary than a Twitter movement.

So how long before the Venice Film Festival gives Weinstein a lifetime achievement award.

Also, his entirely livelihood was wrapped up in Harvey’s success. And it’s his brother. In a perfect world, a guy would rat out his own brother, thereby sacrificing his professional career. In the real world, that’s easy to tell someone else to do.

Danies Lewis looks like McQueen, but his emulation of him was pretty disappointing.

I think when we get to a point where stories centered around seriously flawed protagonists are considered inherently damaging to the culture, we’ve regressed to where all art is essentially Scripture.

You thought he looked cool?

I’m a Carrie.

Good one, Dad! Shouldn’t you be pretending to get home from the job you got laid off from right now?

The fact that you mention Aziz hurts your cause...perhaps the single moment people tend to pinpoint where #metoo went to far.
