Ooh la la, look at Mr. Humblebrag here boasting he can afford an FM radio.

I had to bail on S3 too, I was excited to finally see a version of Star Trek’s far future and it turned out to be... Just more substandard Star Trek, it may as well have been more episodes of Voyager.

You should be doing that anyway.

His career is a bit confounding because I think of him a hack doing a dirty Fonzie routine but then he shows up in Woody Allen movies or his own semi-prestige Showtime show like 5 years ago and other weird places. Maybe he’s a decent guy, I dunno, sure seems to have a lot of powerful friends.

I think the nostalgia accounts for it being a shitty company. Most nostalgia is yearning for youth more than anything... People get nostalgia for stuff they know was terrible but it’s what they had in their formative years so it still brings fuzzy memories.

The show is trash. I knew it was trash going in and got upset about how wanna-be prestige it is and the story makes no sense and how they abuse the blue filter in editing and how I know the Lake of the Ozarks and it’s all Missouri morons partying in their boats not whatever they’re trying to present. But like all

“Trivial Pursuit is one of the best-known brands in the gaming universe,” said Burton. “I am thrilled to have partnered with Hasbro and eOne to bring this beloved game to market as a premium show for television.”

The thing is also, if Kirsten Dunst refused to come back for Spider Man 2 it would have been a loss but another actor could have replaced her as Mary Jane. It would have been a little weird but the series could have survived.

Toronto is easily the ChicagoNewYork of Canada and isn’t Florida-like at all. Montreal might be the most Floridian but only because of how wacky it can be.

Just from a production standpoint it was ingenious to create a show that could be shot almost entirely in rented event spaces.

I love all the actors too and I loved the characters and I loved the scenarios the characters were placed in and I loved the lines the characters said but I couldn’t get past the first episode either.

Hmm, the name “Idontknow” doesn’t really seem to be of Caribbean origin. I might guess Central Asian but it is onomatologically odd.

These dramatic turns by comedians are usually fine, sometimes good or even great, but there’s an undercurrent of “I have to be doing serious and important work” that feels kind of desperate or even depressing. Like they’re ashamed to be “just” comedians. The whole lot of these guys need to watch Sullivan’s Travels or

The Butthole Surfers is a particularly egregious and offensive name. Did you know none of those guys are actually surfers?

I know Donner was about 25 years older than Gibson but I can’t believe anyone would call him “kid.”

Mickey Rooney starred in 16 stupid Andy Hardy movies. Series have been with us from the beginning.

Pretty sure that’s Logan’s nickname for him but could be wrong.

She’s been cagey about it since the 70s but I think most clues point to it being Warren Beatty.

I thought Logan might have tricked Kendall into the room to make sure he was out of the way when Logan was leaving the building and vulnerable to another ill-conceived Kendall ambush.

I thought it fit, it was a lot like the first season episode where Kendall had so many snafus trying to make in through the city and back to the vote. It is kind of a Veep/Thick of It/etc kind of chaos the Brits are fond of but the show does have that DNA.
