While I agree that this is a company that treats its people well, it doesn't mean that you shouldn't take advantage of what they offer freely. Barring the reloading gift card trick, the things listed are company/store policy so it won't result in problems for the workers or members.

You can get most of these things by just being honest about it. I've been to a couple membership only stores and told them that I was on the fence about getting a membership and they let me take a look around. Same with the food court.
