Postpartum doula here - sleep when the baby sleeps. No sleep training until 6 months. Lots of other advice if you want it. (Harvey Karp is a genius!) And if you can manage it, get 15 minutes of “you” tiem a day - where you watch youtube videos, or shower or just do something for yourself.

Yesterday, I got away from my mom for awhile and went and had a pedicure then had lunch by myself while I read and it was fucking bliss.
