Good luck, I’m in my 50s and on the slow but sane journey. I’ve lost 20+ lbs ini thepast 8 months but slow and steady wins the race. I made some big changes to my diet and now am listening to my hunger (which is huge) and acknowleging that everything is in a single serving container for me.
