I had two amazing conversations with my 15 year old last night. One was at 3 am as we were both doing the insomnia shuffle. Anyway, he usually isn’t a good communicator (except to complain in truly rich and varied language. He’s seriously good at it) so it was really nice to talk.

Oh and I’m doing 5:2 diet for my gut, and eggs and saurkraut are surprisingly delicious.

Someone mentioned eggs and I have to say ...make curry egg salad. It is the best food in the world. If I make it for lunch, I get so excited I eat it as soon as I get to work. The recipe is eggs, mayo and curry powder to taste.
