The artificial scarcity idea is a dumb one and I don’t know why anyone believes it.

Legally I don’t think there is any difference between the rights of a naturalized citizen and a born citizen.

I suppose the rationale is that naturalized citizens can be de-naturalized if during the immigration process they lied or withheld information that was relevant to the granting of citizenship. (A SCOTUS case over the summer set a high bar for this, but not an impossible one.)

The simple answer is, yes this is alarming.

As a naturalized citizen I will gladly see these fucks in court. I have the same rights as any American. I have the right to privacy unless they have a warrant. Fuck them.
