When KH2 was released I had just graduated from high school.
I’ve since been through undergrad, grad, and am now adjuncting at my old college. I literally went from student to professor.

Guessing you haven’t played it since the “pop star” thing lasts for basically the intro movie.

What about IV?

X’s Sphere Grid was better in my opinion. But they both beat out VIII’s stupidly broken junction system.

Agreed. VII is trash. VIII was alright, IX is peak PS1 era. X and X-2 are still my favorites. XII is solid. XIII is great, but dipped with the sequels. And XV is, eh, it was fun to play.

Again, for the zillionth time, PVP in this game makes zero. god. damn. sense.

Hey, Alex, I know we just spent 25 years living, working and playing together while we made a dedicated plan to rebuild the world...but fuck it *stab*

She is at the top of my list.

I’m really excited to get to play this game again! I loved it so much back in the day. My only worry is not being able to really give it the time it needs being old and having responsibilities and such now :(

Let me preface the following with a couple of points. I am an English major, a current MFA student, a published author, a writer, a journalist, an avid reader and a literary journal editor.

That being said: K I N D L E
Thank you.

In Phantasy Star IV it stood for “Frayed Mantle” which was a cloak that could be worn by magic users.

A Way Out was a wonderful, co-op version of a choose your own adventure that has an insane final act.

Horrible? You mean amazing right? Because the Lightning trilogy was awesome!

My wife got me a copy of Octopath Traveler (for the Switch I bought her on our anniversary in October) and I got her a copy of the Fallout boardgame.

No one ever needs a reason to replay Phantasy Star IV.

Any clarity on WHY there are no human NPCs in the game? There are obviously other humans in Appalachia? Human NPCs really could have helped this game out.

My wife and I got really lucky—twice.

The first time, we stumbled upon a garage sale that was run by a guy that used to own an old video store. He was selling a ton of old rental games, many still had boxes.

The second time was a friend of mine who I made during college. After graduation, he gave me four boxes full of

2020 is going to be a bloodbath in the primaries. And given how much infighting I’ve seen in the Democratic party between the different tribes, I worry that we will end up with Trump again :(

I was just talking about this yesterday with a friend. At this point, I honestly think it is better if this game doesn’t come out. I honestly don’t think it will be able to please anybody, simply based on overly inflated expectations.

Which makes me sad. But FF has become so bloated recently. They really need to pare

new forms of monetization for the game.

Does it really matter where we “collectively” landed on it? I loved it, so did lots of other people, some not so much.
