@UnderLoK: I am aware that on a windows system, case usually does not matter; however, it was the case when I tried to run the command on my system. When I checked the documentation on the MS site, that was the command given to run the program, which worked. I figured that others user may have also run into this…

@Brandon Gabbard: It seems that some mac users will be mad at MS just for the sake of being mad. I am using W7, and followed the instructions above. It did not work for me. Am I mad at MS (because the beta is probably just for the US?)? the answer is no. You will get access to it eventually, just like the rest of us
