I own a townhouse in the mid-atlantic. The townhouse was built in 1991. Would replacing the 26 year old windows be a worthy investment to lower energy costs?

This is completely false. The payout is the payout no matter what you owe or don’t owe on the vehicle. Just like selling/trading a car if you have a lien on it that will be paid off first and then you get the rest. If car is paid off you get all the money and have one less document to upload to the vw claims portal.
