ha this wins the internet for today.

I'm with you, I don't find people lip syncing to things funny at all. (that goes for you to dubsmash app thingy)

I really think because its CBS, Colbert and his team will have to guide people into the odd formats and such. Here is this thing that kind of looks like letterman that you might be used to. Warm up to it, and then we can start taking it in different directions. (me speculating of course)

the evil ancient amulet bit was hilarious and just weird enough for me to think that he will find his footing just fine.

x 1000

That was my biggest complaint with Captain America 1, that montage is what the whole movie should have been!

i got adblock recently, but this used to be all over my AV Club experience.

The AV Club
right? nailed it.

This.

I mean they have DJed together a lot so I think its just one of several projects that they can easily keep afloat at a time.

They made an album together under the moniker Jack U, so indeed they are a normal duo.

This joke was brought to you by the year 2006

I forgot how much Brandon Flowers (The Killers) sounds like this era Springsteen.

Anchorman, Napoleon Dynamite, Borat and the Chappelle Show all became the punch lines for people who aren't actually funny.

Correction: Tim Burton will CGI the sh*t out of it.

part of her appeal was her raspy voice so yeah it does sound weird.

Interstellar?

It seemed like it was scripted in so far that a best man speech is scripted. I'd imagine colbert could easily say something like that and just let the producers know before hand that he was going to do something along those lines.

i 100% teared up during the colbert/stewart exchange.
