A core player of the last Yankees dynasty appears to be headed for the one-and-done cull pile with the likes of Shawn Green or Vinny Castilla.

My point with #3 is that, well, if you are not trolling or if you are not griefing, if you are putting in a good faith effort to play the game well, then what’s the problem? Why is it up to random asshole on chat to tell me how to play my game?

... a lot of players seem to get it in their heads that they’re going to become sniper maestros if only they keep plowing away at it.

If only his actions matched his words.

Maybe he felt sick because he realized he was talking about Florida’s next football season in the middle of January.

It’s a game, dude. A few comments:

Maybe I wasn’t clear. Yes I know that games are not balanced to poor players. Yet poor/mediocre/good players look at the same tier lists and meta as great players and shape what they do around it... even though it is irrelevant to them.

Actually no. You are confusing me with someone else. I talked about how the problems with schools go far beyond the teachers and teacher pay. You can pay a top computer programmer a shitton of money and he can flourish because everyone is on the same page. Not so much with schools, which means quite clearly that

The 50s and 60s were also the height of plentiful blue collar manufacturing. Those white collar professions were never unionized, and won’t be anytime soon. Go over to Kotaku and you’ll often see people talking about how game developers are mistreated and should be unionized. Well, in many ways, they are mistreated,

You don’t have to roll over 401k’s either, if you don’t want to.

We have both of those options. You can open an IRA (#1) or a Roth (#2) at any point.

This understandably bothers a lot of people who expect privacy in a rental they’re paying for.

It’s a much bigger problem than the upcoming administration. It goes way beyond one party or another. Barack Obama is a big fan of Goldman Sachs and Goldman Sachs alums. Hillary Clinton is also a big fan of Goldman Sachs. For example, they’ve paid her a lot of money to go speak some pablum for a bit.

+1 realization of synergies

You’re in the minority. Most people clearly prefer games to be modified and changed over time. I see your line of reasoning. I remember when SF4 came out, in the base game Sagat was very powerful. So there were tons of Sagats online. I played a relatively weak character and had to figure out how to beat him. It was

I don’t think it appreciably changes the way the character plays for relatively casual players either.

It’s the right approach. They get more data, and better data, in the first day a patch goes live than they would by listening to feedback on the PTR. For one thing, Blizzard fans are terrible, something Blizz learned when WoW came out. You can’t trust what people say on forums. Secondly, it’s a self-selecting group.

If Sony were to launch another handheld I bet it’d have a 1080p screen too.

30 is a huge exaggeration. It depends on your settings, but I got through most of a normal game in maybe 4 hours on Monday. Add on another 2-3 to wrap it up when I get time.

These are short animated clips that last maybe 3-5 seconds on a blank background. It’s not realistic for games of that sort right now.
