I got really tired of the overdesigned Gundam look of the new Spartan armor. It just doesn’t have that UNSC look anymore.

...What?

I AM FLAILING WITH EXCITEMENT.

SOMEBODY FLAIL WITH ME.

THIS IS WHAT I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED.

What a missed opportunity on my part. I’m going to go reflect by a rainy window.

I LIKE TANKS. THANKS.

This whole thing was actually really nice. Pretty awesome that Kojima visited Sean’s family at the end. Is the music in this video from the game’s soundtrack??? I want it.

You beat me to it.

OH WHAT A DAY.

Thank you guys for the quick, informative, and kind responses! I’m grateful for the info! :)

Your suspicion is not unfounded. The “Grimoire” (however that is spelled) is Bungie’s rushed attempt to cobble together an excuse for a narrative, in the place of what Joseph Staten had written. You know that “ambient” dialogue all of those characters spout at you periodically, and how they sound disjointed, like they

All of the characters had far more lines and far larger roles in a previous version of Destiny, you know, before greed and hubris happened.

Exactly. Destiny could and should have been the best First-Person Shooter of the decade. Instead, we got a zombie of a game from a zombie of a studio. Both are husks of what they used to be.

Another terrible design decision made by Bungie (beyond breaking the game apart to be resold as DLC, Saturn and the Hive Ship can be seen in this 2013 gameplay trailer).

In 2013, Dinklage’s voice acting was great, the Ghost’s lines had all of these little quirky cadences to them. That was not remotely the case in 2014

My favorite ship in Star Citizen is the Aegis Dynamics Vanguard, will that ever be available (again? I never knew it was on sale to begin with...and I would be sad if it’s never available in game)?

Thanks!!

Thanks!!!

What ship is this in Star Citizen? I want.

Once again, Bungie lied.

Now playing

Absolutely right there with you on Destiny. It was my #1 game in 2013, I had never been so excited for a game, nor will I ever be again. Destiny could and should have been so much more, but corporate greed drove off Joseph Staten and fired Marty O’Donnell. Bungie is dead. Both Destiny and Bungie are zombies of what
