Very seldom have I seen Free-to-Play monetization handled correctly...and I do not see EA handling it correctly. At all.
Well, you see, there is evil afoot! Zombie evil! That rustles the grass jimmies.
I understand why it's there, though. Non-static, non-sprite grass in large amounts is still pretty new, and it will get better over time. We're just starting with the "next-gen graphics" leap.
That is a .22 AR15, it feels like you're shooting a water gun, no recoil at all. While you'll be paying upwards of $700 for a .223 model, a .22 model will only cost you about $250-300. Also, .22 ammunition is dirt cheap.
Just don't let the casings bounce off that wall and into your goggles...that burns quite a bit...I…
"Virtual games are an opportunity!"

Hey, cat poop has some nasty parasites in it.
Isn't there a part towards the end where a Chinese soldier helps the player character to their feet after a big "Oh, crap, he's not dead! They didn't kill him!" moment? After being held at gunpoint by Chinese soldiers?
I can't deny this. Fifteen points.
"I just feel like every shooter these days wants to be COD in terms of storytelling and gameplay."
That is precisely the problem, Aryn. It's exactly why one of my beloved game series was turned into...that abomination Rainbow Six Vegas 2. Ugh. Garbage.
Raven Shield was the last true Rainbow Six game, where you could…
Ah, good one. I didn't even think of that.
Sven-Coop...oh the nostalgia.
