That said, this review actually excited me, and that's not been consistent for music reviews. I'll take more weird grades with great writing.

I like the list, and I'm glad you got Cate LeBon's b-sides in there.

All I needed to hear was, "An artist can come from anywhere and make the common lovely," but Dowd's explication has a rhythm and beauty to itself.

He's 1 of those people where everything he does in wonderful, and I wish I had asked for this as a gift.

I repeat over and over to myself daily than Rian Johnson can do no wrong, so I will actually see Star Wars VIII in theaters.

I'd flip the order, but this is basically the right answer to the question.

*fumes* I think playing VI would be like eating the tastiest rotten food, but you really should play it. (It's my 2nd favorite game ever.)

"Later, Eve was chosen as the official leader of humanity's rebellion against their creators, and a holographic record of her election on a Prophecy Disk survived the Toba catastrophe, until it was discovered by Aveline de Grandpré in 1777."

Gradius and its spinoffs was maybe the wrong example. http://gradius.wikia.com/wi… It's Konami, and only S.N.K. loves lengthy, complicated timelines and shared universes more.

There was a time in the post-Xbox 360 push, post-open world afterglow where every one of these big budget, open world games with a gimmick as their mechanic was treated -so- seriously, people would sort themselves into battalions based on their favorites, and their priests and scribes would obsessively chronicle the

"16 ways 2016 let us down."

I don't know what to make of Ignatiy's review, though. Is this the Endo I remember so fondly? Cosmic punchlines?

"That's about it for me?" Maybe I'm misremembering your background, but I thought, "Jesus rescue me." "I like it when you say His name on network T.V. like that," would have gotten a reaction.

I hesitate to use the word "privilege" in conversations these days, but that is a great example of them using a cudgel from a position of safety to battle those more invested than they are in creating change. Change is messy and people are complicated, but they trust some summer intern to box and label organizations

I skipped deals for Sacred Bones and Topshelf Records for similar reasons, but "piracy punishment" is so silly and low. That said, this is lower:

It is a bit much, don't get me wrong, but something so Canadian, so rural, and so writing-focused deserves an audience.

I ran out of time this year and have a ton of American television to get to, but, hey, foreign series are shorter, SO:
Across The Pond(s): Foreign Media (from least successful country to most)

I of the reasons I liked Danny Brown's and Chance The Rapper's so much was a shared trait: their specificity in their storytelling. Blessings 2 and Summer Friends hit everyone I know so hard because of the details of the bittersweet struggle-hope combination. I get that the digestible gospel sound of most of the album

It's her at her riskiest. If you don't like the random track you try, start at Ploughing Out Parts 1 And 2.
