I feel like there’s a hole here when it comes to air bikes since they are some of the most popular home cardio pieces. You have ones like the Assault bike and Rogue Echo, which are soul destroyers, mostly used for HIIT. Then you have the Concept2 that uses the same mechanism as the rower but you can adjust the damper

Yeah, I feel like the answer varies on whether you’re in an urban vs. suburban/rural setting. I stayed in Madison, Wisconsin a month ago just a couple of miles outside the city. While on the trail into the city, I didn’t wear my mask, but by the time I was just outside the city it was on.

If it keeps the mask on your face instead of dangling around your neck, it's not worthless. Focus on getting everyone wearing better masks. Don't let the perfect be the enemy of the good.

Maybe we Lifehackers should discuss how to “hack” these masks to solve the problem.

Yep. My dogs favorite activity is licking me. I’ll never deny her it.

Agreed. If my dog wants to tell me how happy she is by giving my face a bath, that’s a health risk I’m willing to take. And if I am destined to go out via Death by Dog Kisses, well, there are worse fates.

Avoiding dog licks falls on the far side of the “extends my life vs enriches my life,” boundry. Health risks aside, they aren’t worth giving up.

You can have the armrests in the middle seat but YOU CANNOT EXCEED THE ARMRESTS. Your elbow and half your arm do NOT get to come into my own tiny seat. Stop that right now.

“Should people really be concerned with protecting bodily autonomy?”

semi-related I do wish people would stop going to war over their decision with one another. There seems to be a desperate need for validation that manifests in a lot of self aggrandizing.

Huh, guess it’s just common decency for the millions of elderly women who work in Housekeeping. You’d quit after one shift.

Some people want to know how they can be as polite and accommodating as possible, because that’s just the way they want to be. This article is pretty clearly for people who go out of their way to make other people’s lives a tiny bit easier. It’s useful if you want to know if you’re actually helping someone by taking a

It’s the perfect storm, when you think about it:

I did not expect this article to be the angriest comment section on the gawkerverse today. And yet, it seems to be winning easily.

There seems to be an Old Man Yells at Sky attitude about people taking pictures of their food. People never complain that people take pictures of themselves at restaurants, and some nice restaurants even used to have photographers who would take your picture for you.

It’s fun. I like to remember particularly good meals. Yes, I also add them to Google for places that don’t have a lot of reviews.

What a weird nerve all these comments seemed to have touched with you.

I didn’t see this right away and I called Dr. Hern’s office to ask how I could donate money directly to the practice. I had a fifteen-minute conversation with Dr. Hern himself. In addition to being a hero, he is a very humble and cool guy.
