Hitch hiking can be dangerous. Didn’t his parents ever tell him to be careful. Maybe he should have call a cab, or taken the metro, or bought a train ticket. I know its cheaper to hitch hike, but you never know who will pick you up.

I don’t know if all motorcycles have them but many cable operated bikes have a throttle lock (or wing nut) under the cable to tighten the feel, if ran all the way down it can act as a throttle lock. also a lot of harley davidsons and gold wings have cruise control
