No specific mention of LTE phones. I wonder if the Samsung HTC global devices could be LTE, as it should be backwards compatible with international GMS.

A 7" Ipad with the same res as the current would make for a much better e-reader. It would have a higher pixel density for sharper text and the current iteration is really too big and heavy to hold with one hand the way you would a kindle or nook.

@ereck: Perhaps you been in a cave the last 9 months and missed the huge growth of Android in the US due largely in part to the original Droid.

@AnthonyG123: They could leverage the FIOS tv deals with networks to get more content onto this device via 4g/3g.

@usedtowork: Supposedly Gingerbread is supposed to be tablet ready as it supports much higher resolutions and I assume some redesigned apps.

They're clearly worried about alienating their business customers which is why this seems so familiar for what they're touting as a big upgrade. I understand the concern, but from a consumer perspective it be nice to see some real changes to the core OS.

@dragon:ONE: The internet is already heavily censored in the UAE. Ordering all ISPs to blacklist RIM's servers wont be a problem.

It seems like the entire thing began when she decided to show off nude pics of herself to some random support tech. No one calls support so help find nude pics. She clearly wanted him to see them.
