I have a lot of friends that are big Bucks fans. Every single one of them lives in Milwaukee. Leave the city and support drops to almost zero.

A brief perusal of Milwaukee’s election results is pretty informative. In off cycle elections where I see lots and lots of city positions, turnout is anywhere between 10-15%.
