That fight between Ollie and Merlyn Sr. was awesome, Barrowman is really good at vocalizing during the skirmish(a most underrated gift).

Yeah, the girl is literally nothing more than the nice human girl who likes an alien at this point. I was a little bit hopeful with the boy considering the first thing of note we see him do is pull a sci-fi knife and try to fight/kill his special lady friend's brother, but nothing like that has surfaced since.

I think this episode really highlighted that how the fx are used is way more important than their quality.
