I wish I had video of it. But during my first character I went from Sanctuary to Red Rocket then to that little abandoned lot of broken down cars just south down the hill from Red Rocket and there was a Ghoul working at the cooking station.

Eurgh. The armor situation in Fallout 4 is a mess just because of how much of a pain in the ass it is to sort through your inventory.
