As far as the 10+ votes; no, it does not give you a Legendary. It says “Legendary”, but I’ve had it twice and just got normal loot boxes.

You can buy any of the items you want. Go to the Hero screen where you can browse all the characters. Then buy stuff there.

A lot of the voice binds are good, especially if you bind them to a key/button that you can press while you are killing/healing someone.

Whoa now... the emotes rule. When you have some downtime, go through and look at all the emotes. They are actually better than the skins. They do all kinds of crazy stuff, and as an added bonus, every time you do one you get to see the fancy new skin you have on.

I would prefer the same, but towards playtime. Something small like 10 credits for every 30 minutes played.
